Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality Group seeks a Reservations Sales Agent for Black Desert Resort in Ivins, Utah. The role focuses on transforming guest inquiries into reservations through consultative selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations, while maximizing revenue and delivering exceptional hospitality throughout the booking process.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations or hospitality settings preferred.
• Strong sales ability with upsell experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to balance sales with warm, genuine hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound reservation inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations using consultative selling.
• Identify guest travel purpose and preferences to tailor recommendations.
• Maximize room revenue through upselling of categories, suites, and packages.
• Promote resort experiences such as dining, golf, spa, recreation, and events.
• Maintain knowledge of resort offerings, rates, packages, and amenities.
• Document guest profiles, requests, and payment details accurately.
• Explain rates, deposits, policies, and terms clearly.
• Personalize interactions and recognize special occasions to enhance experience.
• Meet sales, conversion, revenue, and quality targets.
• Participate in sales coaching and product knowledge development.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, and other departments to fulfill requests.
• Resolve reservation concerns professionally and maintain guest privacy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
