COREcruitment is seeking an accomplished Assistant General Manager / Resort Operations leader for a prestigious luxury resort community in The Bahamas. You will be the senior operational leader and Number Two to the COO/General Manager, providing structure, accountability and hands-on leadership across hotel operations and guest experience.

The ideal candidate has luxury hospitality experience and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-department operations.

Qualifications

Significant experience in luxury hotels, resorts or large-scale hospitality operations.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-department operations.
Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
Hands-on leader with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across Hotel Operations, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Engineering & Maintenance and Guest Experience.
Drive operational standards, service delivery and consistency across the resort.
Lead workforce planning, team performance and cross-departmental communication.
Partner with senior leadership to bring structure, accountability and operational insight to the operation.
Serve as the senior on-the-ground leader, ensuring departments are aligned and operating to the highest standards.
