Job summary

COREcruitment is recruiting for a boutique resort in the Bahamas to appoint a General Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and lead a motivated team.

You will own P&L, budgets and financial results while maintaining guest service standards and driving operational excellence across departments. The expat package includes housing, relocation, flights, work permit, vacation days and more.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a General Manager within a boutique hotel or resort.
• Caribbean hospitality experience required.
• Strong understanding of full resort operations.
• Demonstrated P&L and financial management experience.
• Hands-on, motivational leader with excellent communication skills.
• Guest-focused and comfortable working within an intimate resort environment.
