Job summary

BoardRoom magazine seeks a seasoned General Manager for a luxury condominium community in Nassau County, Long Island. You’ll lead operations, resident services, financial management, maintenance, vendor relations and long-range planning to preserve premium living standards.

You’ll supervise staff and coordinate with the Board, committees and management company, ensure compliance with NY law, and drive exceptional resident experiences through proactive governance and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Hospitality, Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of senior management in luxury condo/HOA/property management.
• Strong financial management, budgeting and cash flow oversight.
• Knowledge of NY condo/HOA regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends for Board meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, resident services, finances, maintenance and vendor relations.
• Lead staff, set budgets, monitor performance and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with Board, committees and management company.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Maintain high standards of luxury amenity operations.
