Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas is seeking a Sales Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to three to four property Sales Executives or Corporate Sales COE Executives. This role helps deliver showpiece experiences aligned with our brand and standards.

You will process reservations, manage travel advisor requests, coordinate site visits, and maintain schedules while preparing expense reports and safeguarding sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Have a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of prior relevant experience in Guest Service.
• Bachelor's degree in related field - Preferred.
• 2+ years of prior relevant administrative experience - Preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, or sales setting - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, alerts, and amenities.
• Manage travel advisor requests and liaise with property operations teams.
• Be a resource on activities, services and amenities within the resort.
• Set up site/FAM tour agendas and coordinate with clients.
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel for Sales executives.
• Prepare expense reports and maintain confidential files.
• Provide excellent service aligned with brand standards and build relationships.
• Assist in responding to customer inquiries and Executive absences; perform other duties.
