Qualifications

• 8-10 years management experience in luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Four year degree in related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of lodging operations; reservations and guest service etiquette.
• Luxury resort leadership experience, ideally in Florida Keys or similar resort markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all departments within the resort to ensure policies, standards and procedures are met.
• Interact with guests to promote resort features and amenities and monitor operations to rectify deficiencies.
• Develop annual budgets, capital plans, cash flow, and sales/marketing plans to forecast and achieve targets.
• Drive revenues and profitability using distribution channels and technology to maximize market share.
• Lead asset management initiatives and work with ownership to maintain market leadership.
