Leviathanhospitality operates a high-end resort restaurant within a casino setting. The General Manager will lead all aspects of the on-site operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to regulatory standards.

Reporting to the director of food and beverage, you will drive profitability, develop menus, and mentor the team in a full-time, on-site role in Hollywood, FL.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/business degree and at least three years managing a high-end restaurant.
• Advanced food-and-beverage knowledge and experience leading hospitality teams.
• Effective guest communication in English.

Responsabilités

• Deliver financial and operational targets through service standards, training, and team development.
• Review sales, costs, labor, and budgets; improve profitability and service.
• Develop promotions and menu initiatives, responding to demand and feedback.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, food quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, coach, appraise, and retain team members.
• Support responsible gaming and alcohol service.
