Job summary

The Islands of Islamorada, now operated by EOS Hospitality, is seeking a guest services concierge to join our team of hospitality professionals. As a frontline ambassador, you will ensure guests feel welcomed and well cared for, handling inquiries, reservations, and special requests.

You will train others, curate guest experiences, and maintain up-to-date activity guides. Strong communication, leadership, and service mindset are essential to exceed guest expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct guest service experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
• Successful completion of satisfactory background check.
• Demonstrates natural leadership qualities with a positive, team-focused attitude.
• Available and willing to work flexible hours based on business needs including weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact between guests and the organization; answer inquiries and direct calls.
• Book F&B reservations and arrange logistics for off-site activities.
• Lead and train Guest Services team in elevated concierge services; share best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs and issues; follow up on complaints.
