Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort in the Florida Keys seeks a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations across Butterfly Café, TJ’s Tiki Bar, and banquet services. You will lead service excellence, coach teams, and ensure a coordinated operation in a resort setting.

The role requires a strong track record in hospitality leadership, banquet and event experience, budget management, and a visible presence during peak service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years progressive F&B leadership in resort/hotel or upscale operation.
• Proven ability to manage front-of-house and back-of-house performance and financial results.
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills; ability to lead during peak service periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations across Butterfly Café, TJ’s Tiki Bar, and banquet, catering, and special event service.
• Maintain a visible presence during peak meal periods and events; coach staff and ensure service recovery.
• Establish standards for service, food & beverage presentation, cleanliness, hospitality, and timely execution.
