EOS Hospitality is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Hawks Cay Resort in Florida. You will lead the team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient operations. With a focus on driving financial performance, you will oversee staff recruitment and maintain compliance with health standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a similar leadership role in fine dining, a passion for coastal cuisine, and excellent communication skills. Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and 401(k), are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as a Restaurant General Manager or Assistant GM in a high-volume, upscale restaurant.
• Proven track record in driving financial results and exceptional guest service.
• Strong communicator and flexible with evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the full restaurant team.
• Ensure every guest receives refined, attentive, and personalized service.
• Manage daily operations including inventory, ordering, and compliance.
• Achieve or exceed revenue, cost of goods, and profit targets.
• Partner with People & Culture on full-cycle recruiting.
