Job summary

EOS Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Manager/Owner Relations Manager for The Islands of Islamorada, FL. Lead front desk, concierge, and guest services to deliver flawless check-in experiences and superior service aligned with our luxury positioning.

Coordinate with housekeeping, marina, and engineering to ensure villa readiness, accurate billing, and seamless guest and owner interactions. Flex hours and a premium hospitality environment offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 4–6 years in hotel/resort front office or guest relations operations.
• 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Florida Keys luxury traveler expectations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise front desk, concierge, and guest services operations to deliver seamless check-in/check-out experiences.
• Oversee daily front office operations including reservations, room assignments, billing accuracy, and special requests.
• Ensure security and safety protocols and access standards are consistently enforced.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Marina to support villa/suite readiness and guest movement.
• Post and reconcile all incidental charges daily and maintain accurate billing.
• Uphold Exclusive Resort and Inspirato standards and hold staff accountable for service excellence.
