Job summary

Flying Horse Resort & Club in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced F&B supervisor to lead dining room and bar teams, maintain high service standards, and mentor staff to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will hire, train, schedule, and evaluate front-of-house personnel, ensure health and safety compliance, manage inventory, and collaborate with the Senior F&B Manager to improve guest satisfaction.

• Minimum 2 years of experience hiring and supervising F&B staff in an upscale dining environment.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Country Club experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee setup, organization and service of dining rooms and bars.
• Mentor staff to deliver high-quality service and invent solutions for guests.
• Assist in maintaining equipment, cleanliness, and stock of F&B supplies.
• Hire, schedule and train FOH staff; manage transactions and gratuities.
• Develop strategies to improve guest dining experience and profitability.
