Flying Horse Resort & Club in Colorado Springs is seeking a hands-on Athletic Club Manager to oversee daily operations, hire and train staff, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise multiple departments, establish standards, and ensure smooth service while helping meet budgetary goals.

You will lead by example, coordinate with the Club Director, and adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment, including weekends and holidays when occupancy is high.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or related experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time supervisory experience.
• At least five years in a customer service setting.
• Proficient with MS Office and Google Docs.
• Familiarity with Jonas POS for charging preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move 30 lbs., 30% of the time.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for assigned Athletic Club Departments.
• Provide daily supervision of all assigned Departments.
• Create standardized procedures and policies for the service staff.
• Facilitate and attend meetings for department and resort growth.
• Conduct regular walk-throughs to ensure cleanliness, safety and productivity.
• Create measurable goals for service staff and monitor progress.
• Hire staff and provide excellent training across methods.
• Oversee operations from open to close with flexible scheduling.
• Work with Athletic Club Director to support all areas.
