Job summary

Flying Horse Resort and Club in Colorado Springs is seeking a front-of-house team member to greet guests, escort them to dining areas, present menus, and coordinate seating with the dining team.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly; escort them to assigned dining area; present menus; announce waiter’s name.
• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service: take reservations, fill to-go orders, answer questions.
• Manage the flow of Guests into the Dining and Bar areas and provide updated wait times to guests.
• Observe Guests’ needs and requests to ensure high quality service and notify staff as needed.
• Assist in monitoring tables and setting them for reservations and busy periods.
• Perform basic side-work as directed by management.
• Maintain professional posture and comply with sanitation, safety and alcohol policies.
