Two years of commercial kitchen experience are preferred. You should be detail oriented, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks under time deadlines, with strong customer service and effective communication

Qualifications

• Two years of commercial kitchen experience preferred.
• Detail oriented, accurate and well organized; able to handle multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Point of Sale operations preferred.
• Customer service skills and strong oral communication are essential.
• Diplomacy when dealing with members and staff; ability to work under time deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food for events and banquets.
• Maintain high quality and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation policies and recipes.
• Coordinate with BOH and FOH for guest requests and service flow.
• Ensure proper handling, holding, and cooling of meals.
• Maintain and clean banquet equipment; restock as needed.
• Mentor peers and promote teamwork; adhere to overtime policies.
