Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Homes of Distinction Concierge for South Seas Resort on Captiva Island, FL. You will deliver personalized, elevated service before arrival, during the stay, and after departure to ensure an unforgettable luxury vacation experience.

Join a high-end team responsible for coordinating itineraries, resort amenities, dining, activities, and VIP celebrations, while maintaining discretion and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Pre-arrival: contact guests and confirm preferences; coordinate requests.
• Coordinate pre-arrival dining, transportation, and activities.
• Review arrival details and readiness before check-in.
• Partner with Reservations and other teams to fulfill requests.
• Arrival: welcome guests and provide orientation.
• Manage guest needs during stay and coordinate experiences.
• Design itineraries and VIP experiences; promote upgrades.
• Resolve concerns and document issues; monitor satisfaction.
• Maintain records of communications and concierge activities.
• Prepare daily activity reports and concierge summaries.
• Support VIP arrival planning and events; ensure confidentiality.
• Promote experiences to drive ancillary revenue and meet goals.
