Job summary

Tb-Isle-Resort-Lp is seeking an professional Concierge to provide information and arrange dining, entertainment, and services for guests in a luxury resort setting.

The role requires minimum 1 year concierge experience, strong guest services skills, and knowledge of the South Florida area. You will train staff, liaise with local businesses, and maintain guest records while ensuring discretion and high standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• At least 1 year concierge experience in a hotel or equivalent.
• Les Clefs dOr affiliation preferred.
• Knowledge of Gold Key and iConcierge preferred.
• Strong guest services, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and arrange dining, entertainment, sports, recreation, tours and other services for guests.
• Lead and train concierge staff on programs and procedures.
• Coordinate with local businesses and attractions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain guest records of arrangements and preferences.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of guest information.
• Assist with special arrangements during guest stay and future visits.
