Qualifications

• 21+ years old or older.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required (for club cart operation).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism to create a welcoming first impression.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.
• Safely transport guests using the club cart to designated areas.
• Monitor pool area for cleanliness, towel availability, and guest needs.
• Maintain presence in public areas and support deliveries and guest requests as directed.
