Job summary

CoralTree Hospitality's Kaiya Beach House on Florida's Emerald Coast seeks a warm, personable Front Desk/Concierge teammate. You will greet guests, assist with luggage, transport guests by cart, and support multiple areas of the operation in a hands-on resort environment.

Ideal candidates have hospitality or customer service experience, are 21+, and can lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and flexible weekend/holiday availability are required to ensure guest comfort and smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcome.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in/out.
• Safely transport guests to designated areas using the club cart.
• Monitor pool area for cleanliness and guest needs.
• Maintain presence in public areas.
• Assist with deliveries, guest requests, and room amenities as directed.
• Manage and deliver incoming guest/resident packages with care.
• Maintain bell area, carts, and guest pathways cleanliness.
• Support Concierge and Housekeeping as needed.
• Manage lost and found protocols.
• Provide information about the property, amenities, and local area.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and service requests.
• Uphold safety standards and guest comfort.
