Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, concierge, housekeeping, or guest services experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors and around water.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage and equipment as needed.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Valid driver’s license; boating experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized service throughout their stay.
• Assist with reservations for accommodations, on-site amenities, and local experiences.
• Help guests with requests, directions, schedules, and general inquiries.
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Support waterfront and boating activities, including boat prep and care.
• Assist housekeeping and other departments as needed and maintain cleanliness.
• Ensure guest-facing areas remain welcoming and safe.
