Job summary

Kaiya, nestled on Florida’s Emerald Coast along 30A, is seeking a warm, personable Front Desk/Bell attendant to greet guests and support operations in a luxury resort environment. You will assist with luggage, transport guests via cart, monitor pool areas, and help Concierge and Housekeeping as needed.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality or customer-service experience, a friendly demeanor, and the stamina to work outdoors and flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for operating club cart.
• Ability to lift and transport luggage up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Friendly, courteous demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Team-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach to guest service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and professionalism, creating an immediate sense of welcome
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth and courteous arrival and departure.
• Safely transport guests to and from the Beach House and other designated areas using the club cart.
• Monitor the KCR pool area regularly to ensure cleanliness, towel availability, and report any maintenance or guest needs.
• Maintain a presence in public areas
• Provide assistance with deliveries, guest requests, and room amenities as directed by the Front Desk or Management.
• Manage, log, and deliver incoming guest and resident packages with care and accuracy
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bell area, carts, and guest pathways.
• Support the Concierge and Housekeeping teams with operational tasks as needed.
• Manage Alice and ileftmystuff.com lost and found protocols
• Offer guests information about the property, amenities, and local area.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and service requests.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure guest comfort during all interactions.
