Job summary

Cabot Citrus Farms is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Florida to warmly welcome guests and manage seamless check-ins and check-outs. You will handle guest inquiries, reservations, and coordination with the reservations and golf teams to ensure a smooth guest experience throughout their stay.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, and be comfortable working a varied schedule including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front desk experience, preferably at a high-end resort.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with front desk software and Microsoft Office.
• Florida Driver’s License or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Provide information about resort amenities and local area.
• Coordinate with reservations and golf teams on bookings and overbookings.
• Maintain accurate room status and guest preferences.
