Job summary

Montage International is seeking an Assistant Residential Manager to lead day-to-day operations of a portfolio of luxury private residences, ensuring exceptional homeowner and guest experiences. You will coordinate with resort departments and service partners, maintaining properties to brand standards while upholding confidentiality and discretion.

The role demands strong leadership, proactive problem solving, and a passion for high-end hospitality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of luxury hospitality, residential management, property management, or resort operations experience.
• Experience with high-net-worth homeowners and guests preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor and primary contact for homeowners on property matters.
• Coordinate homeowner arrivals, departures, and special requests for seamless ownership experience.
• Oversee routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships ensuring quality, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Monitor property condition and implement enhancements to preserve value.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, Recreation, Security, and F&B teams for seamless service.
