Qualifications

• Experience leading luxury hotel dining operations.
• Background in luxury hotels or fine-dining is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a large service-focused team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the restaurant team.
• Oversee service standards, staffing, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Work closely with culinary and hotel leadership to ensure seamless food and beverage operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests and create a consistently elevated dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Support events, private dining, and other hotel F&B initiatives as required.
