Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant General Manager or senior restaurant leadership.
• Luxury hotel, upscale restaurant, or fine-dining background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, financials and labour management.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a large, service-focused team.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional guest service and hospitality standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop the restaurant team.
• Oversee service standards, staffing, scheduling, and operational performance.
• Drive revenue, profitability, and overall financial performance.
• Work closely with culinary and hotel leadership to ensure seamless F&B operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests and create a consistently elevated dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards.
• Support events, private dining, and other hotel F&B initiatives as required.
