Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street Boston is seeking a Residential Concierge to deliver exceptional guest and resident experiences, handle inquiries, process packages, and coordinate access for residents and vendors.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of luxury concierge experience, excellent English communication, and the ability to work weekends, nights and holidays. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Two years of post-secondary education is preferred.
• One to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment.
• Previous Four Seasons concierge experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to use a variety of software.

Responsibilities

• Handles resident interactions with hospitality and professionalism, resolving inquiries and special requests.
• Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely; assists with deliveries.
• Manages building access for vendors/contractors and residents; coordinates scheduling and entry.
• Maintains security and restricts access during overnight hours.
• Provides information on local attractions and services; builds relationships with local vendors.
