Qualifications

• Knowledge of Spa Coordinator operations and good communication skills.
• Requires reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet, accommodate and facilitate guest arrival and departure in the spa.
• Arrange spa appointments while greeting and accommodating guests.
• Respond to interactions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and standards in locker rooms, workout and pool areas.
• Assist guests with sale of retail merchandise and stock inventory.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, evenings, nights and holidays.
