Responsibilities

• Check in guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
• Ensure guests are assigned desired room type and correct rate is charged.
• Luggage delivery to rooms and issuing correct keys to guests.
• Check out guests and confirm guest satisfaction.
• Settle bills accurately through credit card or cash transactions.
• Maintain a balanced bank and reconcile transactions at shift end.
• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and accommodate special requests.
