Job summary

Four Seasons One Dalton Street Boston is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to join its luxury team. You will coordinate daily room assignments, manage guest requests, and act as the shift’s primary housekeeping contact, collaborating with Front Office and Engineering to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury hotel housekeeping, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and hotel software systems.
• English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily room assignments for Room Attendants and House Attendants.
• Manage guest requests and follow up to ensure timely completion and guest satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary Housekeeping point of contact during your shift, collaborating closely with Front Office and Engineering teams.
• Create and prioritize daily assignments while supporting the department's opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available on guest floors and in public areas.
• Support operational excellence by maintaining Four Seasons service standards and fostering positive team collaboration.
