Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service preferred.
• Strong customer service, discretion, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions and coordinate authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Support resident relations with timely follow-up and issue resolution.
