Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) in Downtown Austin’s Rainey Street District seeks a polished Concierge to greet residents, guests and vendors, manage building access, and deliver elevated service in a luxury community.

The ideal candidate will protect privacy, handle multiple requests with discretion, and adapt to a fast-paced environment, including weekends. Prior hospitality experience is preferred, and proficiency with email and property management systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or luxury residential settings preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in daily interactions.
• Proficient with email and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond effectively to resident concerns and escalate when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
