Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Control building access and perform guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions and coordinate authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect resident privacy at all times.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies, escalating when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink accurately.
• Suggest ideas to enhance services and improve resident experience.
• Provide timely follow-up to residents to support issue resolution.
