Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge for our luxury Downtown Austin community. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and provide discreet, high-touch service in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays with overnight shifts. Strong communication, privacy, and an eye for detail are essential to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge.

• Comfort using technology such as email and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.
• Respond to resident concerns and escalate emergencies when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
