Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality or concierge roles preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and vendors with a welcoming, professional demeanor.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests and coordinating vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and resident privacy.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in the system and follow up on outstanding items.
