Worth Ross Management Co. is seeking a polished Concierge for our luxury Downtown Austin community. You will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage access, and serve as a trusted daily contact while preserving privacy and professionalism.

This part-time role requires weekend shifts (Friday and Saturday), strong customer service, and discretion in a fast-paced high-touch setting. Proficiency with email and property management systems is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and vendors in a welcoming manner.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions, requests, and coordinated vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergencies with discretion.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve resident experience.
• Support resident relations with timely follow-up and issue resolution.
