Job summary

Better Talent is seeking a Director of Residences for a luxury condo-hotel in Miami. You will own the owner/resident experience, coordinate with the General Manager, Chief Engineer, and legal team, and lead association governance across financials, maintenance, and capital projects.

Requirements include a CAM license, 7+ years in condo/residential management or hotel ops with a residential component, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license (required).
• 7+ years in condominium or luxury residential management or hotel ops with residential component.
• Fluent English and Spanish written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own owner/resident communication from intake to resolution, managing inquiries, approvals, move-in/out, and parking/storage.
• Oversee Association administration, governance, and legal coordination; enforce rules and manage certificates.
• Manage building maintenance, capital projects, vendor contracts, and safety planning.
• Deliver weekly owner operations summaries to GM; maintain transparent financial tracking for shared components.
