Job summary

Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa in George Town is seeking a Reservations Agent responsible for handling all aspects of the reservations department in a friendly and efficient manner. You will assist in quoting available rates to maximize room revenue and average rate according to property standards, while maintaining exceptional guest service.

Key duties include managing group bookings with the Sales team, pre-assigning rooms for VIPs, and ensuring all credit and payment procedures align

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a reservations role within a luxury hotel.
• Proficient with Opera hotel management system.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservations and quote rates to maximize room revenue and average rate.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services and hours.
• Maintain accurate files and reports daily.
• Coordinate with Sales for group bookings and pre-assign rooms for VIPs.
• Ensure compliance with credit and payment procedures.
