Job summary

Grand Hyatt Grand Cayman Resort & Spa is hiring a Supervisory Housekeeping role via Hosco in Myrtle Beach. The successful candidate will oversee daily room inspections, ensure cleanliness and proper amenities, and maintain public area standards in a luxury hotel environment.

The position requires experience with Opera, HotSOS, and strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to multi-task and lead a team, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in housekeeping at a luxury hotel.
• Experience with Opera is a must and experience with HotSOS is preferred.
• Must have strong proficiencies in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Familiar with hotel systems and operations, and the ability to enter information accurately.
• Work well under pressure and demonstrate the ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and solve problems.
• Must display exceptional abilities in customer service and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inspection reports for guest rooms daily, including guest requests and room status.
• Inspect checked-out rooms for cleanliness and proper amenities.
• Ensure public areas meet hotel standards and assist with communications across departments.
• Respond to and delegate requests during the shift.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering to address needs.
