Job summary

Black Desert Resort is seeking a Reservations Sales Agent to convert guest inquiries into reservations through consultative selling, upselling, and personalized recommendations. This onsite role emphasizes luxury service and revenue generation across accommodations, dining, golf, spa, and experiences.

You'll act as a resort ambassador, using in-depth knowledge of offerings to tailor guest stays while maintaining accurate guest profiles, payments, and reservation details.

Qualifications

• Previous reservations, hospitality, or guest services experience.
• Strong sales and upselling ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with guest profiles and payments.
• Ability to multitask across reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound reservation inquiries by phone, email, and other channels.
• Convert inquiries into reservations using consultative selling.
• Identify guest preferences to tailor accommodations and experiences.
• Maximize revenue through upselling room categories and packages.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Revenue, and other departments.
• Maintain accuracy of reservations and guest data.
