Job summary

Four Seasons in Atlanta is seeking a seasoned Reservations Agent to provide exceptional guest service and seamless booking experiences. You will handle room, spa, and dining inquiries, confirming details and maintaining clear communication with guests.

The role requires fluent English, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced luxury environment. Experience with reservation systems and Windows is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze guest needs and communicate clearly.
• Experience with multiple software systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries with guest names and route calls to extensions.
• Capture sales for room, spa, restaurant, and in-room dining inquiries; coordinate details of each reservation.
• Manage general reservations and guest communication emails; monitor and respond to messages.
• Run daily reports for various departments and assist with VIP or special attention reservations.
