Job summary

Elysée New York, a luxury boutique hotel in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a Reservations Manager to lead all reservations operations and uphold Forbes-level standards. Reporting to leadership, you will drive inventory integrity, guest communications, and revenue collaboration with the hotel team.

You will recruit and mentor reservations staff, audit processes, and ensure a flawless guest journey from booking to arrival, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in hotel reservations or related field, with leadership experience.
• Experience with luxury hotel standards and Forbes/Leading QA knowledge required.
• Flex schedule including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reservations activities, inventory controls, booking accuracy and standards.
• Ensure timely, personalized guest communications before arrival.
• Partner with Revenue Management and Front Office to optimize occupancy and rate performance.
• Recruit, train and coach reservations staff and set service expectations.
• Audit reservations processes to align with Leading QA and Forbes standards; lead corrective actions.
• Maintain training and QA documentation; support pre-opening/reopening initiatives.
• Maintain flexibility to cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
