Job summary

Elysée New York is seeking an experienced, service-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to lead guest experiences across Front Desk, Bell Services, PBX, and overnight operations. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role guides the team in delivering luxury arrivals and departures consistent with Forbes and Leading Quality Assurance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 2–3 years front office experience in an ultra-luxury hotel.
• Experience supervising Front Desk teams and operations.
• Experience with VIP, celebrity, and international guest services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Desk, Bell Services, PBX, and overnight operations.
• Coach and develop Front Office Agents and PBX staff.
• Ensure service standards and guest recognition throughout the journey.
