Job summary

Elysée New York, a Crescent Hotels & Resorts managed luxury boutique in Midtown Manhattan, seeks a Reservations Manager to oversee all reservations operations and booking integrity. You will collaborate with Revenue Management and Front Office to optimize occupancy and rates while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will lead a reservations team, ensure high standards, and maintain training and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in luxury hotel reservations or related area.
• Understanding of luxury reservations practices and standards.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Experience operating CRS and PMS platforms.
• Attention to detail and guest-centric decision making.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all reservation activity, inventory controls, booking accuracy and reservation standards.
• Ensure timely, personalized and professional communication before arrival.
• Partner with Revenue Management and Front Office to maximize occupancy and rate performance while safeguarding guest experience.
• Recruit, train and coach reservations personnel and establish service expectations.
• Audit reservations processes to ensure consistency with luxury standards and brand requirements.
• Maintain training and quality-assurance documentation; support pre-opening, reopening, and repositioning initiatives as required.
• Provide flexible coverage including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
