Qualifications

Two years in a hospitality, spa, or reservations role, preferably at a luxury resort.
Ability to create professional business letter correspondence.
Gracious people and sales skills with excellent phone manner.
Ability to work cohesively with other departments as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Create a genuine, informative, and personalized guest reservations experience by inputting guest contact information.
Respond to guests’ inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, pricing, and offers.
Maintaining complete knowledge of the resort facilities/services, hours of operation, accommodations, packages, promotions, spa offerings, and local info.
Assist and ensure effective guest challenge resolution by coordinating with team members to exceed expectations.
Ensure billing and financial transactions are accurately processed on behalf of guests.
Upsell services and offerings to educate guests about the resort’s offerings.
