The RealReal is seeking an Associate Luxury Resales Advisor (ALRA) to drive new business growth and reactivate lapsed consignor relationships in a field-based role across designated markets. You will build a book of high-value consignors by meeting clients in-home, assessing closets, and guiding optimal consignments.

Expect a heavy field schedule (70%+), in-home appointments, strong pipeline management in Salesforce, and collaboration with Consignor Relations to resolve client concerns.

Formación

• Technologically proficient; comfortable learning and leveraging CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in field-based work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to build trust with discerning clients.

Responsabilidades

• Engage new, inactive, and prospective clients through daily outreach and in-home appointments to drive consignment activity.
• Lead generation and conversion to build a strong pipeline and convert leads into active consignors.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas driving new business growth and consignor activity.
• Deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience throughout the consignment process.
• Present contracts and guide clients through pricing and onboarding steps.
