The RealReal in Boston seeks a Resales Specialist to drive revenue through proactive clienteling and expert luxury storytelling. You will manage a personal book of business, exceed sales targets, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced boutique environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in metrics-based retail, strong Salesforce knowledge, and a genuine passion for sustainable luxury. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of experience in a metrics-based retail sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• A startup mindset with comfort in ambiguity and rapid change.
• A positive, professional demeanor representing a luxury brand.
• Self-motivation and proactive outreach to generate sales opportunities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for high client interactions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and Mac iOS.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Receptiveness to feedback and growth.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively engage with clients on the floor to exceed sales targets.
• Manage and grow a personal book of business with daily outreach.
• Monitor and analyze your sales performance to meet KPIs.
• Navigate customer journeys with a seamless elevated experience.
• Educate clients on environmental impact and the TRR model.
• Provide styling advice and build trust with discerning shoppers.
• Maintain brand standards through replenishment and visual presentation.
• Execute opening and closing procedures for high-volume days.
• Master Salesforce and internal tools to track client preferences.
