Job summary

Land Rover Orlando is hiring a friendly Rental Agent / Loaner Vehicle Coordinator to join our Service Department. You will coordinate rental and loaner vehicles, assist guests with check-in/check-out and rental agreements, and ensure a seamless, premium guest experience.

We value outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and a professional, team-driven attitude. A valid driver's license is required; previous rental or automotive experience is a plus. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Rental, hospitality or automotive experience is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental and loaner vehicles for Service Department guests.
• Assist guests with vehicle check-in, check-out and rental agreements.
• Explain rental policies, vehicle features and return procedures.
• Inspect vehicles, document mileage, fuel levels and any damage.
• Maintain accurate rental records and vehicle availability.
• Work with Service Advisors to ensure a seamless guest experience.
