Job summary

Luxurysocalrealty in La Jolla seeks a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to keep luxe real estate deals moving from contract to close. You'll work closely with our transaction coordinator and Real Luxury compliance to file submissions within 48 hours of execution.

You will run listing launches, open houses, and pre-listing checklists, maintain our Sierra Interactive CRM, onboard new agents, manage vendors, and help build playbooks that guide the team.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating real estate transactions from contract to close.
• Familiarity with listing launches, open houses, and pre-listing checklists.
• Experience maintaining CRM with lead statuses and follow-ups.
• Experience onboarding new agents (accounts, email setup, training schedules).
• Vendor management experience (photographers, stagers, printers, sign installers).
• Ability to build and update team playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Keep every transaction moving from contract to close with our team and compliance.
• Run listing launch, open house, and pre-listing checklists to ensure nothing slips.
• Maintain Sierra Interactive CRM with lead statuses and follow-up tasks.
• Onboard new agents: accounts, email, training schedule, and 30-day onboarding.
• Manage vendors (photographers, stagers, printers, sign installers) and the team calendar.
• Build and update the playbooks the team runs on.
