Job summary

Mountain Sotheby's International Realty seeks a highly organized Listing Coordinator to manage the operational lifecycle of residential listings from signed agreement through closing. You will ensure accuracy, compliance and seamless listing launches across MLS systems, marketing platforms and brokerage workflows.

This hands-on role serves as the hub between advisors, marketing, compliance and leadership, requiring attention to detail, deadline discipline, and strong knowledge of listing

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of real estate brokerage operations, listing management or transaction coordination experience.
• Working knowledge of MLS rules and compliance requirements.
• Georgia real estate license preferred but not required.
• Experience in luxury real estate, high-volume brokerage or multi-office environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage listing intake from executed listing agreement through MLS activation and marketing launch.
• Review listing documentation for completeness, compliance and brokerage standards prior to activation.
• Enter and audit listings GAMLS, dash, Navica and FMLS with strict accuracy and adherence to MLS regulations.
• Initiate marketing workflow by adding the listing to Monday.com.
• Coordinate photography/videography with PhotoMagic for listing materials.
