Job summary

Mountain Sotheby's International Realty is seeking a meticulous Listing Coordinator to manage the operational lifecycle of residential listings from signed agreement through closing. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless listing launches across MLS, marketing platforms, and brokerage workflows.

This hands-on role reports to the CMO and Senior VP + Managing Broker, functioning as the hub between advisors, marketing, and brokerage leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in real estate brokerage operations or transaction coordination.
• Knowledge of MLS rules and compliance requirements.
• Georgia real estate license preferred but not required.
• Experience in luxury or high-volume brokerage environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent listings with accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage listing intake from executed listing agreement through MLS activation and marketing launch.
• Review listing documentation for completeness, compliance and brokerage standards prior to activation.
• Enter and audit listings in MLS platforms with strict accuracy and adherence to MLS regulations.
• Ensure all disclosures, documents and amendments are properly executed and stored.
• Coordinate marketing workflow and photos/video assets with internal teams.
• Verify property details (square footage, tax records, legal descriptions, HOA).
• Monitor tickets for updates, expiration changes, and compliance alerts.
• Serve as listings liaison to advisors, setting timelines and required materials.
